The San Francisco Bay Area Meditation Group meet weekly on Saturday or Sunday afternoons in the Laurel Heights area. Our session begins with the discussion of the Dhammapada text followed by Shamatha meditation and ritual meditation of Avalokiteshvara Sadhana. Whether you have practiced Dharma in the past or would like to learn more, everyone is welcome to join.
