Dharmakaya warmly invites you to
participate in a one-day teaching and meditation seminar
led by His Eminence Trungram Gyaltrul Rinpoche.

Building on the introduction from the previous day, Rinpoche will guide new and experienced practitioners on the practical, foundation methodologies for meditation on an accelerated path in the Vajrayana tradition.

The teaching will introduce the fundamental concepts of
Mahayana Bhudhism in the Tibetan Kagyu tradition, and will
provide the foundation for meditation practice.

Participants will be guided through the basic techniques
of Shamata and Vipashyana Meditation, which can be
translated as Calming and Insight Meditation. Some time
will be set aside for questions and answers, so that
this seminar will benefit beginners and advanced
practitioners alike.

Program cost: FREE. Donations are welcome.
